By creating an account and participating in the conference, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Use of the Platform

The platform is provided to facilitate conference registration, payments, attendance tracking, communication, and access to conference materials.

2. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false information may result in suspension of your account.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through the integrated Bank API. Once payment is confirmed, refunds may only be issued according to the event organizer’s refund policy.

4. Attendance Tracking

Your presence at the conference is recorded through QR code scanning. Attendance data is used to verify eligibility for certificates and participation records.

5. User Content

Uploaded documents, chat messages, and profile photos must not contain illegal, offensive, or harmful content. The organizers reserve the right to remove such content.

6. Platform Security

You must keep your login credentials confidential. The organizers are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

7. Disclaimers

While we strive to maintain a reliable platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for system outages, technical errors, or data loss.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or attempt to misuse the platform.
